Sensory and Taste Notes: Aromatically, it is fruity with pleasant hints of peach and white pulp fruit. It is also floral and elegant in equal measure, with a scent of white petal flowers.

Food Matching: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with shellfish and fish first courses.
