Grey Salt Summer Truffle 50g

The grey salt of Guerande is handpicked from the Guerande (FR) salt pan of the Atlantic Ocean and with the addition of Black Summer truffles it becomes a valuable condiment for hot or cold dishes. It is excellent served on fish or meat fillet, eggs and omelette. We suggest adding a pinch of this salt before serving.
