A low intervention, juicy Pinot Noir, suitable for headmistresses tired after yet another day of walking the corridors in their leather clogs. A sunny & plush red, from the warm South of France. This Pinot smells like a spotlit cranberry on a stage of rose petals and violets. The palate is satisfying like a midnight craving with black cherry soda, vanilla coconut macaroons & dried currents tossed in a lil cinnamon. Drink this on a night when you are perusing old cookbooks for fun, under a weighted blanket before going to bed before 10pm.
